Up-tempo Vinyasa Flow. Challenging. Not for beginners.



Gentle Yoga

5:30 - 6:30 PM
Stretch-oriented. Lots of prop use (blocks, straps, blankets.) Great for beginners, those rehabbing injuries or for building strength from scratch.



Detox Yoga. 

Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 PM   4 Weeks. $40 Sept 6, 13, 20, 27

After a summer of indulgence, many of us are ready for a detox. This class will feature postures specifically designed to eliminate toxins: compression poses, twists, lots of breathing and some postures that will make you sweat. Each week you will also get a handout with a weekly detox hack you can try at home.

Commit to the series and see how quickly you lose the bloat!

An end-of-the week stress dump and energizer. Suitable for all adventurous levels.
