Up-tempo Vinyasa Flow. Challenging. Not for beginners.

Tuesdays

Gentle Yoga

5:30 - 6:30 PM
Stretch-oriented. Lots of prop use (blocks, straps, blankets.) Great for beginners, those rehabbing injuries or for building strength from scratch.

"Elemental Balance" with Nikki York

5:30 - 6:45 PM

Begin the new year establishing or RE-establishing your balance...not necessarily in postures, but in the way you approach your life. After the activity of the holidays it is natural to feel out-of-sorts, in a state of disharmony. Using the 5 elements (ether, air, fire, water, earth) we will explore practices that focus on each, yet meld them all to create a more mindful approach to our daily lives and a deeper yoga practice. Each class will combine various pranayama (breath), asana (movement), and meditation to build specific elements creating a personal symmetry and greater well-being. All levels.

Happy Hour Yoga

An end-of-the week stress dump and energizer. Suitable for all adventurous levels.

Morning Yoga
