In the summer months I run a minimalist schedule of 3 classes a week: Power, Gentle, and a mixed-level class called Happy Hour Yoga. I go back to the full schedule in September. Hope to see you at one or more of these classes this summer!

Mondays

Power Yoga

 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Up-tempo Vinyasa Flow. Challenging. Not for beginners.

Drop-in.

Tuesdays

Gentle Yoga

5:30 - 6:30 PM
Stretch-oriented. Lots of prop use (blocks, straps, blankets.) Great for beginners, those rehabbing injuries or for building strength from scratch.

Drop-in.
 

Wednesdays

No Classes

 

Thursdays

No Classes

FRIDAYS

Happy Hour Yoga

4:30 - 5:30 PM

An end-of-the week stress dump and energizer. Suitable for all adventurous levels. 

All-Levels. Drop-in.

Saturdays

No Classes

 

Sundays

No Classes

 

All classes are $10. All classes are Drop-In. No need to pre-register! Just come! I am fully equipped with mats and props and the space is air conditioned and lovely to practice  on even the hottest days.
