Power Yoga

 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Up-tempo Vinyasa Flow. Challenging. Not for beginners.

Drop-in.

Tuesdays

Gentle Yoga

5:30 - 6:30 PM
Stretch-oriented. Lots of prop use (blocks, straps, blankets.) Great for beginners, those rehabbing injuries, or for building strength from scratch.

We will start with pranayama techniques to warm up the abdominal wall, then do a thorough exploration of the mula and udiyana bandas, then move slowly and consciously into activating the muscles of the he abdominal wall as well as the muscles of  the back.  

This will be a deeply focused and meditative approach to core work. When your core is strong, so many yoga postures become easier and more available. But more importantly, when the core is strong, the back gets a lot more support. This allows you to stand taller, pick up heavy things safely, and go through your life without pain.

Happy Hour Yoga

4:30 - 5:30 PM

An end-of-the week stress dump and energizer. Suitable for all adventurous levels.

Saturdays

All classes are $10.  You must pre-register and pre-pay for classes listed as "Sessions." Otherwise, most classes are Drop-ins. I am fully equipped with mats and props.
