Power Yoga

Up-tempo Vinyasa Flow. Challenging. Not for beginners.
Drop-in.
Tuesdays
Gentle Yoga
5:30 - 6:30 PM
Stretch-oriented. Lots of prop use (blocks, straps, blankets.) Great for beginners, those rehabbing injuries, or for building strength from scratch.

Core Power Yoga
5:30 - 6:30 PM
Drop-in
This is a deeply focused and meditative approach to core work. When your core is strong, many yoga postures become easier and more available. You’ll stand taller, pick up heavy things safely, and go through life without pain.
FRIDAYS
Happy Hour Yoga
4:30 - 5:30 PM
An end-of-the week stress dump and energizer. Suitable for all levels.
All-Levels. Drop-in.

Sunday Yoga
3:00 -4:00 PM
All-Levels. Drop-In
All classes are $10. You must pre-register and pre-pay for classes listed as "Sessions." Otherwise, most classes are Drop-ins. I am fully equipped with mats and props.
