Power Yoga

Up-tempo Vinyasa Flow. Challenging. Not for beginners.

Drop-in.

Tuesdays

Gentle Yoga

5:30 - 6:30 PM
Stretch-oriented. Lots of prop use (blocks, straps, blankets.) Great for beginners, those rehabbing injuries or for building strength from scratch.

Wednesdays

Spring Tune-Up

4:30 - 5:30 PM

This is for you if you're just starting out, restarting after a long lapse, or just want a yoga class that checks all the boxes in the middle of the week.

Happy Hour Yoga

4:30 - 5:30 PM

An end-of-the week stress dump and energizer. Suitable for all adventurous levels.
