Hey! This is the month I travel a lot so there are “holes” in the August Schedule. My suggestion is to go to the Printable Schedule link in the Menu bar on the homepage and print yourself a copy of this month’s schedule.

Mondays

Power Yoga

 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Up-tempo Vinyasa Flow. Challenging. Not for beginners.

Drop-in.

This month Power Yoga happens every Monday. Jessie and I are alternating Mondays

Tuesdays

Gentle Yoga

5:30 - 6:30 PM
Stretch-oriented. Lots of prop use (blocks, straps, blankets.) Great for beginners, those rehabbing injuries, or for building strength from scratch.

Drop-in.

Jessie will be teaching this class on the 6th. I will be teaching the rest.
 

Wednesdays

Thursdays

Core and More with Jessie Thompson

5:30 - 6:30 PM

In the Thursday night Core Yoga class Jessie will guide a challenging sequence emphasizing core stability and awareness. We will work on poses that require a strong core as well as doing postures and exercises that prepare us for those poses. Far beyond the old days of sit ups and crunches, we will get the core fired up on all 4 sides of the body to create a stable foundation for our spine and all of our movement.

Drop in. 

No class on August 8th. Jessie will teach on all Thursdays except the 29th. I will teach the 29th.

FRIDAYS

Happy Hour Yoga

4:30 - 5:30 PM

An end-of-the-week stress dump and energizer. Suitable for all levels. 

All-Levels. Drop-in.

There will be no Happy Hour on August 9th and the 16th

All classes are $10. All classes this month are Drop-ins. I am fully equipped with mats and props.
