The 12th Annual April Yoga Challenge is underway! Five intrepid people have taken the Challenge to do yoga every day this month.

But even if you are NOT doing the Challenge, all classes are open for you to drop-in on. I challenge you to devise your OWN challenge! How many more classes can you come to this month?

Mondays

Power Yoga

 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Up-tempo Vinyasa Flow. Challenging. Not for beginners.

Drop-in.

Tuesdays

Gentle Yoga with Nikki York

5:30 - 6:30 PM
Stretch-oriented. Lots of prop use (blocks, straps, blankets.) Great for beginners, those rehabbing injuries, or for building strength from scratch.

Drop-in.
 

Wednesdays

Kundalini-inspired.

Lots of breath work, lots of kriyas (repetitive movements)

Good for body and mind. 

Thursdays

Core Yoga

5:30 - 6:30 PM

Drop-in

A mindful, breath-centered series of movements and postures that target the deep core line of the body. When the core is strong, so many more postures become available. When the core is strong, the back gets support. When the core is strong, you are strong. This class is suitable for all levels.

All levels.

FRIDAYS

Happy Hour Yoga

4:30 - 5:30 PM

An end-of-the week stress dump and energizer. Suitable for all levels. 

All-Levels. Drop-in.

Saturdays

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.

Get your motor runnin’

Sundays

3:00 -4:00 PM

Yin Yoga

A soft yoga involving long holding times (3-5 minutes) in passive, on the ground, poses.

All-Levels. Drop-In

 

All classes are $10. All classes this month are Drop-ins. I am fully equipped with mats and props.
