“Every time I go I feel better and better. I can’t believe how flexible I am becoming. When I first start moving I sound like a bowl of Rice Krispies (snap, crackle, pop) then everything falls into place and it feels GREAT!”

"Just wanted to say thank you for letting me do what I can and for not treating me any differently than anyone else or singling me out when my body won't twist or bend just as it should. It's an intimidating thing to be a large person going into a physical kind of situation. You have no idea what a profound difference yoga has made in my life. Thanks for being open to everyone--young, old, fit, not so fit, thin or not so thin. People like you are hard to find and I'm grateful that I found you."

I wanted to tell you how much I've been enjoying your Yoga classes.
I feel better and like I'm getting a bit more agile. I also find the hour-plus I spend in your studio to be personal, fun and often, light-hearted. I look forward to them every week.
Thanks for that.

I have arthritis causing my knees to become very stiff. I started yoga with the intension of becoming more flexible.
After only a couple of classes I realized how much more I would be getting from Kath’s yoga classes.
Not only did my flexibility improve, allowing me to do poses that I never would have believed I could do. Even more rewarding, I found a new compassion not just for others, but for myself. .
Kath has a presence about her that inspires you to find joy everyday. Her class encourages you to take time to understand what demands we expect of our body. And to take the time to reward it (through yoga asanas) for all it allows us to do. After each posture we pause to feel the body react to the thanks we have just given it. To connect our mind and body. It’s a beautiful thing.
I encourage others to experience her classes, and enjoy the many rewards. Everyone leaves her class gaining something: be it joy, laughter or a feeling of accomplishment.

How do I relax?
Yoga -and I no longer have low back pain, no more bone spur or stress fracture in my right foot, my left hip no longer twinges and I can run up two flights of stairs without having to open my mouth to breathe- not bad for a chubby girl of a certain age~ call me yogagoddess! And then bow down.
