Kath Teaching Workshop

 Hi. I’m Kath.

Here’s what I do:

I give you permission to breathe and take up space.

I keep reminding you, over and over, that breathing and taking up space are really important.

And you should do both of them deliberately,

and consciously,

and often. 


I’ll teach you some effective yoga techniques

that will ground,

and balance, 

and relax you. 


But mostly my job is to keep reminding you 

over and over

to pay attention 

to what you’re paying attention to.


And to stay in the present.

And to keep returning to your breath,

And to keep returning to your body, 

Calmly and kindly, 

Over and over and over again.
