Live In-Studio Classes
The studio is now open.
Classes are on Mondays and Tuesdays at 5:30 and Fridays at 4:30. Please buy a class card before you come to class. If you register ahead of time it makes it easier for me, but I can register you in class, too.

The in-person classes are not part of the Monthly Membership.
For in-person classes, you will need to buy a Class Card.
The Monthly Membership gives you access to all remote and pre-recorded classes.
